Iotoi Oy's experts conduct a preliminary assessment for the energy company on the feasibility of the PIP3 innovation in any district heating network. If the preliminary assessment shows promising results, we can proceed to the next phase.

The assessment of potential benefits of PIP3 installation can be reliably conducted based on the existing PIP3 triple-pipe survey conducted around the property.

PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY:
The purpose of the survey is to outline the energy company's potential to utilize the district heating triple-pipe system for a specific property.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR THE SURVEY:
The survey requires technical information about both the property and the district heating network.

CONTENT OF THE SURVEY:
As a result of the planning work, a written report is produced, which includes a description of the current state of the property, a preliminary technical action plan, an assessment of the energy savings resulting from the measures, and the impact on the energy company's future business.

ESTIMATE OF THE SURVEY'S WORKLOAD & PRICE
Based on a workload estimate of 40 hours, the price of the survey is 3,900 EUR (VAT 0%).
If the property is larger than usual, a higher workload estimate will also increase the price.
